Aindhinai farm is situated near Musiri town belonging to the central district of the south Indian state of Tamil Nadu. This is an Integrated farm and all types of livestock form part of it. Cattle like cows, bulls, herds of goats sheep, flock of ducks and donkeys find home here in the campus.
Being self reliant in all respects, our campus stands out as a model farm. The sight of cows and donkeys grazing here would be a treat to watch. None of the litter of all these animals go waste and these generate income or wealth in their own rights. Fuel for all purposes and electricity power of our campus are generated here by ourselves.
The fuel needs of the Aindhinai kitchen are fully met by the methane gas generated from the wastes of the animals here. The sledge pushed out from the biogas plant serves as the raw material for the production of different types of organic agricultural inputs.
We add value to these wastes of dung of cows, donkeys and the goat droppings and these are converted in to fertilizers like Panchakavya to be distributed to the farmers as organic inputs for their agriculture operations.
The electricity is generated from the solar panels installed on rooftops of the goats and cow sheds here. A total of 10 kilowatts of power is generated from these solar panels and the lines are connected with the central grid of the state electricity board. The kitchen in the campus of the community centre makes use of the bio gas generated from the wastes of the livestock being raised here.
Similarly the electricity being consumed in the campus for lighting, fans and motors etc would be around to the average volume of 5 kws to 10 kws in a month and the solar panels have the capacity of generating 10 kws. The electricity consumed is adjusted by the board from the self generated power in the campus.
Being situated in a dry and arid region, the depth of the bore well here is nearly 1000 ft deep. The motor pump of the borewell is exclusively run by the power generated by the solar panels installed here. Any volume of surplus power after consumption is supplied to the central grid.
Thus in all ways Aindhinai community centre is self reliant in meeting with all its energy needs.

ஐந்திணைப் பண்ணை தென்னிந்திய மாநிலமான தமிழ்நாட்டின் மத்திய மாவட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த முசிறி நகருக்கு அருகில் அமைந்துள்ளது. இது ஒரு ஒருங்கிணைந்த பண்ணை மற்றும் அனைத்து வகையான கால்நடைகளும் அதன் ஒரு பகுதியாகும். பசுக்கள், காளைகள், ஆடு மந்தைகள், வாத்துகள் மற்றும் கழுதைகள் போன்ற கால்நடைகள் இங்கு வளாகத்தில் இருக்கின்றன.

இங்குள்ள விலங்குகளின் கழிவுகளில் இருந்து உருவாகும் மீத்தேன் வாயு மூலம் ஐந்திணை சமையலறையின் எரிபொருள் தேவை முழுமையாக பூர்த்தி செய்யப்படுகிறது. உயிர்வாயு ஆலையில் இருந்து வெளியே தள்ளப்படும் ஸ்லெட்ஜ் பல்வேறு வகையான கரிம விவசாய உள்ளீடுகளின் உற்பத்திக்கான மூலப்பொருளாக செயல்படுகிறது.
பசுக்கள், கழுதைகள் மற்றும் ஆடுகளின் எச்சங்களின் கழிவுகளை நாங்கள் மதிப்பு சேர்க்கிறோம், மேலும் இவை பஞ்சகவ்யம் போன்ற உரங்களாக மாற்றப்பட்டு விவசாயிகளுக்கு அவர்களின் விவசாய நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு இயற்கை இடுபொருட்களாக விநியோகிக்கப்படுகின்றன.
இங்குள்ள ஆடு மற்றும் மாட்டு தொழுவத்தின் மேற்கூரையில் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள சோலார் பேனல்கள் மூலம் மின்சாரம் உற்பத்தி செய்யப்படுகிறது. இந்த சோலார் பேனல்களில் இருந்து மொத்தம் 10 கிலோவாட் மின்சாரம் உற்பத்தி செய்யப்படுகிறது மற்றும் வரிகளை மாநில மின்சார வாரியத்தின் மத்திய கட்டத்துடன் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இங்கு வளர்க்கப்படும் கால்நடைகளின் கழிவுகளில் இருந்து உருவாகும் உயிர் வாயுவை சமுதாய மைய வளாகத்தில் உள்ள சமையலறை பயன்படுத்துகிறது.
அதேபோல வளாகத்தில் மின்விளக்குகள், மின்விசிறிகள் மற்றும் மோட்டார்கள் போன்றவற்றுக்கு ஒரு மாதத்தில் சராசரியாக 5 கிலோவாட் முதல் 10 கிலோவாட் வரை மின்சாரம் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் மற்றும் சோலார் பேனல்கள் 10 கிலோவாட்களை உற்பத்தி செய்யும் திறன் கொண்டது. நுகரப்படும் மின்சாரம், வளாகத்தில் சுயமாக உற்பத்தி செய்யப்படும் மின்சாரத்தில் இருந்து வாரியத்தால் சரி செய்யப்படுகிறது.
வறண்ட மற்றும் வறண்ட பிரதேசத்தில் அமைந்துள்ள இங்குள்ள ஆழ்துளை கிணற்றின் ஆழம் கிட்டத்தட்ட 1000 அடி ஆழம் கொண்டது. ஆழ்துளை கிணற்றின் மோட்டார் பம்ப் இங்கு நிறுவப்பட்ட சோலார் பேனல்கள் மூலம் உற்பத்தி செய்யப்படும் மின்சாரத்தால் பிரத்தியேகமாக இயக்கப்படுகிறது. நுகர்வுக்குப் பிறகு எந்த அளவு உபரி மின்சாரமும் மத்திய கட்டத்திற்கு வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
