1. How do I create an account on your website?

To create an account, simply click on the “Sign Up” button at the top right corner of the page. You will be asked to provide your email address, create a password, and fill in basic details such as your name and shipping address. Once your account is created, you can start browsing and shopping!

To place an order, browse our website and select the products you wish to purchase. Once you’ve found what you want, click on the “Add to Cart” button. When you’re ready to check out, go to your cart, review your items, and click “Proceed to Checkout”. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information and payment details, and then confirm your order.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Razor Pay and other popular payment gateways. Check the payment options available at checkout for more details.

Orders can only be changed or canceled within a short window after placement. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service.Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide your order number and photos of the product, and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund as per our return policy.
