I am Latha, the Financial Director of Aindhinai , a dedicated Farmer Producer Company (FPC) committed to empowering farmers, especially women, through sustainable agricultural practices and entrepreneurial development. With over 25 years of experience, I have been deeply involved in organizing women, enhancing their financial independence, and equipping them with entrepreneurial skills to build successful businesses in agriculture and allied sectors.

I am Selvam , the one of the Director of Aindhinai Farmer Producer Company (FPC) dedicated to empowering women through entrepreneurship and sustainable agriculture. With over 25 years of experience, I have been actively involved in organizing women, providing skill-based training, and guiding them toward financial independence through various livelihood programs.

With over 15 years of experience, I have been actively involved in organizing women, providing skill-based training, and guiding them toward financial independence through various livelihood and business development programs.

I am Joel, the Director of Aindhinai Farmer Producer Company (FPC), where we focus on enhancing the agricultural sector through technology and innovation. With a background in Information Technology (IT), For the past 2+ years, I have been actively working to empower farmers by helping them leverage digital platforms to sell their products, access markets, and improve their business operations.
